Sales Executive

  1. Attend Customer meetings, inquiries with the current and potential clients for business development.
  2. Coordination of sales and delivery to the factory, sites and clients.
  3. Managing & controlling all sales activities from beginning up to the completion of projects.
  4. Monitoring the production schedule to ensure on time project completion. 
  5. Coordination with Technical Support team for good business project proposal.
  6. Attend meetings with client regarding procedures, claims & quality issues, business project status.
  7. Organizing bid, / quotation documentation in a competitive reasonable cost to meet its customers demand in the highest degree of excellence and quality satisfaction.
Other Responsibilities:
  1. Support division for effective implementation & compliance with ISO requirements such as Quality, Safety & Health and Environment in regards to Customers Satisfaction.
  2. Assist the Operations Manager to handle customer complaints quality issues and other activities related to operation.
  3. Follow up due / balance payment with account departments.
  4. Find ways and means of improving sales.
  5. Approach new clients and increase the market share.
  6. Hit the sales budget as per the agreed on monthly basis.
  7. Analyze actual vs. forecasted and take effective actions.
  8. Perform other related duties related to the position that may be assigned by the superior.
